I live out of state and try to make at least two trips a year to get items for my kids. I try to come during sales but even without a sale the price is worth it for the quality. Pants I buy from other larger chain stores become see through and pill these last so I can feel good passing them along when my kids grow out of them. I find it runs true to size or a little on the bigger side which I don’t mind.

My favorite place to shop in Burlington. Jocelyn was so helpful finding me sizes in pajamas and rain boots.

Elle went completely above and beyond to help with a gift exchange over the phone. Although I didn't physically go to the store, she offered an incredibly high level of customer service and hospitality. FWIW - I first called and emailed their corporate CS, which was a terrible experience. Elle at Burlington Hatley took care of everything promptly and professionally - again, unlike their corporate CS. Highly recommend everyone seek out Elle! Frankly, Hatley corporate should pull her to train the people who answer their emails. Thanks again, Elle!
